  • Setting daily targets for each order and section.
  • Updating the orders planning Gantt chart for upcoming days.
  • Monitoring performance on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis.

Getting Started with the Platform

Before diving into specific tasks, familiarize yourself with the basic navigation and features of the platform. Log in with your credentials, and spend some time exploring the platform, menu options, and settings.

To efficiently use our platform, it is crucial to understand several key concepts:

Operational Tasks

  1. Every day before the workers in the factory start operating, ensure that daily targets are set for each order and section.
  2.  Update the orders planning Gantt chart for the upcoming days to provide clear direction for the production department.

Monitoring Tasks

Hourly Tasks

  1. Check the performance of lines and sections in reaching the daily target to determine if overtime shifts are needed.
  2. If lines or sections show signs of underperformance, identify the exact bottleneck processes. The system provides an easy visual graph in the processes page that highlights bottleneck processes.

Daily Tasks

  1. Compare the actual progress against the planned progress on the orders planning Gantt chart to identify significant differences.
  2. Check the throughput of lines and sections to determine if they are within the planned targets.

Weekly Tasks

  1. Compare the actual performance against the planned performance for each order and line.
  2. Check employee efficiency and line efficiency to help update the orders plan and make it more realistic.
