The Lines Throughput Report provides a comprehensive overview of the total pieces produced within different scopes: factory scope, production line scope, and section scope. It enables users to analyze production throughput based on their specified time range and scope selection. The report also offers additional details such as order numbers, cutting orders, sizes, colors, and batches, allowing for a more detailed analysis of the production process. By clicking on batches, users can access the batch history page for further insights.

  1. Factory Scope: In the factory scope, the report displays the total pieces produced in the entire factory during the specified time range. These quantities represent the sum of the quantities for batches that have completed all mandatory processes within the factory. Additionally, the report categorizes the batches based on the dominant line, indicating the lines on which most processes have been performed for each batch.
  2. Production Line Scope: In the production line scope, the report focuses on the batches that have completed all processes within a specific production line. It also includes batches that had the last process performed on that line. As a result, it is possible to find batches duplicated across different lines if they have finished all mandatory processes within each line during the selected time range.
  3. Section Scope: The section scope of the report highlights the batches that have completed all processes within a specific section. Similar to the production line scope, it includes batches that had the last process performed in that section. Consequently, there may be duplicates of batches across different sections if they have finished all mandatory processes within each section during the specified time range.

  4. Throughput Details:

    The report provides additional details regarding the batches, such as order numbers, cutting orders, sizes, colors, and batches. This level of granularity allows users to gain deeper insights into the production process and analyze the characteristics of each batch.

    Time Range Selection:

    If the user selects a single day, the report displays the hourly throughput, providing a more granular view of production performance throughout the day. However, if the user chooses a time range spanning multiple days, the report presents the throughput on a daily basis, enabling users to analyze production trends and patterns over time.

    Batch History:

    By clicking on the batches, users can access the batch history page, where they can explore further details and track the progress and status of each batch. This functionality enhances the ability to investigate specific batches, their production journey, and any relevant historical data.

    The Lines Throughput Report offers valuable insights into the production quantities within different scopes, providing a comprehensive view of overall factory production, line-specific performance, and section-specific throughput. The inclusion of additional details and the option to view throughput at different time intervals facilitates in-depth analysis, optimization, and decision-making in production planning and management.
