At the top of the page, users can find an overview of the batches included within a specific batch group. This information provides a quick reference to the batches associated with the batch group, facilitating easier navigation and management.
The page presents the history of each batch, displaying relevant information such as the percentage of completion. The completion percentage is calculated based on the number of mandatory processes completed divided by the total number of required mandatory processes. This metric helps track the progress of each batch and assess its current status.
The system recognizes four different types of beats that capture the progress of the batch. These beat types include:
Users can view different colors assigned to each process beat, indicating the beat type. By clicking on the beat details, users can access additional information such as the process, batch number, employee who performed the beat, production time, machine, and production line. Additionally, users have the option to delete beats from the system, and these actions are logged and displayed in the live feed for reference.
The Batch/Batch Group History page also allows users to insert web beats. By selecting the appropriate process, users can manually input the worker's name and the timestamp of the beat. Once confirmed, the beat is added to the system, reflecting the progress of the batch accurately.
For processes that have no recorded beats, users can click on the manual operation option. This feature enables users to select the worker's name and the timestamp for the beat, confirming the completion of the process manually. Clicking on the process link will navigate users to the Process Throughput Report, where they can access information such as the number of pieces produced during the selected time range, process efficiency, and hourly target. The report also provides details about hourly quantity produced and efficiency.
Users can obtain detailed information about the quantity produced for each batch, including cutting order, color, size, and batch. These details offer insights into the specific characteristics and attributes of the produced pieces, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the production process.
The Batch/Batch Group History page empowers users to track the progress and history of individual batches and batch groups. By monitoring beats, assessing completion percentages, and accessing detailed quantity information, organizations can ensure accurate and efficient production management, optimize workflow, and enhance overall operational performance.
