Understanding Live Feed page

Welcome to the Garment IO system! This guide will walk you through the steps to how to open the Live Feed page to be able to view the activity of the employee. This page gives a lot of insights regarding the production, employees machine logs, employees fingerprint logs, and other events such as assigning a process to a machine, removing beats, and lastly removing process from a machine. Before you start, ensure that your system administrator or project manager has set up your account and assigned the correct role within the factory.

Confirm Your User Account Setup

Confirm with your system administrator or project manager that:
  1. Your user account has been created.
  2. You have been assigned the appropriate role to access necessary pages within Garment IO.

Steps on how to reach the live feed page:

  1. Go to Garment IO system
  2. then go to the live feed page from the side menu
  3. then set the date to the desired date that you want to check the production or employee activity in of the employee in.

Understanding The Filter Option:

The filter option in the live feed page can provide you with the ability to filter the data in the live feed page according to your needs. The filter option is divided into the following:
  1. Production: this filter option is responsible for filtering data according to the new production and the beat rejection.
    1. New Production: This filter option shows all the new production that was created by which employees on which machine code, what style, production order, cutting order, batch number and process name. this can help you to track the production and any issues that would arise. All of which are hyperlinked, if you click on any of them it will open another page for more information. For example, if you click on the batch number it will open the batch history page.
    2. Rejected Beats: this filter option would show you which beats got rejected on which batch number, process, style and machine code. All of which are hyperlinked, if you click on any of them it will open another page for more information. For example, if you click on the batch number it will open the batch history page.

  2. Employees Machine Logs: This filter is responsible for filtering data according to the employees log in and out of the machine. It would show when did the employee log in and out of the machine whilst showing the machine code to. 
  3. Employees Fingerprint Logs: This filter option, allows you to filter the data according to the check in and check out activity of the employee using the employees fingerprint 
Note: This option is only available for the factories that has the fingerprint option activated.
  1. Other Events: This filter option allows you to filter data according to assigning employee on a machine, removing an employee from a machine or removed beats.
You can also further filter these data using the filter options of: Style, Employee, Production order, Machine. this filter option helps you to filter the data according to a specific employee or production order or style or a machine
