
The sorting station performance report page has been rebuilt from the ground up. The interface is cleaner, navigation is smoother, and the filtering, grouping, and sorting options are now designed to fit each factory's needs.
1. Group Data in the Order That Works for You
You can now group page data across three levels that you choose and sequence yourself: Supervisor, Stations, and Production Order. Switch between them instantly based on what you want to see first.

Search by any piece of information on the page to reach it instantly without manual scrolling.

Instead of a static table, data is now displayed as separate expandable cards that take shape based on the grouping option you've selected.
Level 1: Stations:
Cards appear sorted by supervisor name. Each card displays:
Pie chart showing quality rate - station name - number of supervisors they're working on- number of pieces inspected.
Total defect count - wasted pieces - pieces with grade quality defects.
Pieces under repair - pieces that have been repaired - average per piece - bundle inspection time.
When clicking the expand button, the second level is displayed.
Level 2: Supervisor:
Opening a station card reveals the supervisors under them. Each station card displays the same information in the first level also displays supervisors detalis:
Supervisor name - quality rate for each supervisor - number of production orders inspected by the supervisor - total number of inspected pieces.
Total defects per supervisor - inspection time per bundle for each supervisor - average bundle inspection time per piece for each supervisor - number of pieces repaired by each supervisor.
Level 3: Production Order:
When opening the supervisor level, the production orders inspected by the supervisor are displayed. Data from both the first and second levels is shown, and each production order is presented according to the following details:
Production order name - number of inspected bundles per production order - number of inspected pieces.
Total number of defects - bundle inspection time - average inspection time per item - number of repaired pieces.
Level 4: Bundles:
Opening any production order reveals its bundles, sorted according to the grouping option selected earlier — by color, size, color and size together, cutting order, or inspection date.
