The data was always there, but accessing it in a way that matched how your factory actually works wasn't. That changes now.

Quality Statio Supervisor Report | Completely Rebuilt Interface

The old report was a fixed table with limited capabilities, offering no way to group or sort data in a way that supported real operational follow-up on the factory floor.

That changes now.

The sorting station performance report page has been rebuilt from the ground up. The interface is cleaner, navigation is smoother, and the filtering, grouping, and sorting options are now designed to fit each factory's needs.

What Do the Cards Look Like?

Instead of a static table, data is now displayed as separate expandable cards that take shape based on the grouping option you've selected.

How do the cards appear
If you choose to display cards in the order: Stations, then Supervisor, then Production Order, the system works as follows:

Level 1: Stations:

Cards appear sorted by supervisor name. Each card displays:

  • Pie chart showing quality rate - station name - number of supervisors they're working on- number of pieces inspected.

  • Total defect count - wasted pieces - pieces with grade quality defects.

  • Pieces under repair - pieces that have been repaired - average per piece - bundle inspection time.

Level 1

When clicking the expand button, the second level is displayed.

Level 2: Supervisor:

Opening a station card reveals the supervisors under them. Each station card displays the same information in the first level also displays supervisors detalis:

  • Supervisor name - quality rate for each supervisor - number of production orders inspected by the supervisor - total number of inspected pieces.

  • Total defects per supervisor - inspection time per bundle for each supervisor - average bundle inspection time per piece for each supervisor - number of pieces repaired by each supervisor.

Level 2

Level 3: Production Order:

When opening the supervisor level, the production orders inspected by the supervisor are displayed. Data from both the first and second levels is shown, and each production order is presented according to the following details:

  • Production order name - number of inspected bundles per production order - number of inspected pieces.

  • Total number of defects - bundle inspection time - average inspection time per item - number of repaired pieces.
