Understanding User Logs Page

Welcome to the Garment IO system! This guide will walk you through the steps to how to open the User Logs page to be able to view the activity of the employee. This page gives a lot of insights regarding the employees assigned to the machines, changes happened to the employees fingerprint logs. Before you start, ensure that your system administrator or project manager has set up your account and assigned the correct role within the factory.
Confirm Your User Account Setup
Confirm with your system administrator or project manager that:
- Your user account has been created.
- You have been assigned the appropriate role to access necessary pages within Garment IO.
Steps on how to reach the user lo page:
- Go to Garment IO system
- Then go to the Configuration page
- Then go to the System Configuration
- Then go to the User logs page
Understanding the options available:
- All Events: This option shows all the events that was done by the user according to the timeframe selected
- System Settings: This option shows all the changes that was done by the user to the system.
- Style Categories: This option shows all the changes that was done by the user to the styles categories.
- Styles: This option shows all the changes that was done by the user to the styles.
- Production orders: This option shows all the changes that was by the user to the production orders available.
- Machines: This option shows all the changes that was by the user to the machines.
- Check in and Check out: This shows all the changes that was by the user to the check in and check out times of the employees.
- Idle Time: This shows all the idle times that were accepted and rejected by the supervisor.
- AQL Inspection: This shows all the AQL inspections that were accepted by the supervisor.
- Cards: This shows all the cards number that were assigned to the employees by the user.
- Employee Performance Policies: This shows all the changes that were done by the user to the employee performance policies available.
- Split Batches: This shows all the batches that were split by the user.
- Batches: This shows all the card numbers that were assigned to the batches by the user.
