  1. Identify the best sample size to choose from and the frequency of inspections to ensure that quality checks are both thorough and efficient.

Set Up Initial Data

  1. Add and manage quality grades to categorize the quality of inspected samples.
  2. Add and manage common defects to track issues during inspections.

Operational Tasks

  1. Inspect the sample and identify defects if found. Use the platform to mark any defects detected during the inspection for tracking and reporting.

Monitoring Tasks

Hourly Monitoring

  1. Check the machine page to know the missing processes or operators that did not have inline inspections.
  2. Check the defects analysis to identify the most common defects and ask the line supervisor to address these issues early on.

Daily Monitoring

  1. Check the defects found grouped by orders in the defects analysis and compare it with the previous day to see if there is any progress.
  2. Check the inspection list done to see all inspections completed and identify any issues with the inspections.

Weekly Monitoring

  1. Check the defects found grouped by employee in the defects analysis to understand the process-worker combinations that need further focus to ensure they meet the quality standards.
