The Inline Quality Inspection Report is a valuable feature within our system that provides users with a comprehensive overview of inspections conducted during production. This report contains detailed information, including the inspection time, inspector name, worker, production section, machine code, processes, production order number, style, number of inspected pieces, and number of defected pieces. Users can apply filters to narrow down the report based on specific dates and production scopes, and they also have the option to export the report in Excel or CSV format. Additionally, users with edit access can delete inspections if necessary.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to utilize the Inline Quality Inspection Report effectively:
Filtering the Report:
To begin, users can filter the report by selecting a specific date range and the desired production scope.
The production scope can be further filtered by production section or production line, allowing users to focus on specific areas of interest.
Viewing Inspection Details:
Once the report is filtered, users will be able to view all the inline inspections performed within the selected date range and production scope.
If an inspection includes defected pieces, users can click on the dropdown icon associated with that inspection to access additional information about the defects.
Clicking the dropdown icon reveals a table displaying the defect group, defect code, defect name, and the number of defected pieces found with that specific defect.
Exporting the Report:
Users have the option to export the table containing inspection details in Excel or CSV format.
Simply right-click on the table and choose the desired export format (Excel or CSV).
The report data will then be downloaded to the user's device, enabling further analysis or sharing with relevant stakeholders.
Deleting an Inspection:
Users with edit access have the ability to delete inspections from the report if they were performed incorrectly or are deemed unnecessary.
To delete an inspection, locate the "Delete" button positioned on the right side of the inspection row in the report.
Clicking the "Delete" button prompts a confirmation message to ensure the user intends to delete the inspection.
If the user confirms the deletion, the inspection will be permanently removed from the report.
By following these instructions, users can effectively utilize the Inline Quality Inspection Report to gain valuable insights into inline inspections performed during production, filter the data as needed, export it for further analysis, and delete inspections if required. This report serves as a valuable tool in ensuring the quality and integrity of production processes.
