Tiles:
Next to the Pareto chart you will notice that there are 2 tiles. Each tile gives a valuable information.
- The first tile: Shows the total number of defects found
- The second tile: Shows the top 3 defects found with their total number.
Those tiles along with the Pareto chart helps you signify trends and what defects need immediate solutions to increase the inline quality percentage which would help you reach the customer satisfaction.
Defects Analysis Table:
Below the chart, a table presents detailed information such as:
- Defect group: This shows to which defect group is the defect related to. This is already set in the defect group page in the Production Configuration
- Defect code: This shows the code that was given to defect. this is a unique key to help you differentiate between defects. This is already set in the " The defects" page in the production configuration.
- Defect name: This shows the name that was given for the defect. this gives a small description for the defect. This is already set in the "The defects" page in the production configuration.
- Defect count: This shows the total number of this defect that was found while doing the station qualityinspection process.
- Worker: This shows which worker was working on the process. This helps you to know which worker produced this defect so you would be able to choose whether to change the worker or train the worker more to decrease the amount of defects produced by him.
- Process: This shows which process that had the defect that was inspected by the quality inspector. this helps you to know which process had the defect which would help you improve it so the defects found in it would decrease
- Section: This shows which section was assigned for this process to be worked on
- Quality grade: This shows to what quality grade does this piece belong to. The quality grades are already set in the " Quality Grades" page in the Production configuration
- Order Code: This shows which production order does this batch belong to.
- Batch: This shows which batch does this piece that was inspected belong to.
- Style code: This shows which style is the production order code belongs to
- Inspector name: This shows you which inspector worked on this batch. This would help you to get back to inspector to get more information regarding the inspection process that was conducted by him.
This table offers a comprehensive overview of the defects, allowing for further analysis and investigation.
Users have the flexibility to group the data on a yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily basis, providing different perspectives and facilitating trend analysis over time. This allows the quality department to identify patterns, detect recurring issues, and implement effective corrective measures.
