Sizes Management

Sizes Management

In the Garment IO system, sizes play a crucial role in defining the specifications for garments. Adding sizes is a straightforward process that helps in accurate production planning and order management.
Let's explore how to add sizes step by step:

Adding Sizes:

To add sizes, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Industrial Engineering > Sizes.
  2. Click on the "+" button at the top right corner to create a new size group.

  1. Enter the name of the size group and any additional details if required.
  2. Save the size group.
  3. Once the size group is created, you can add individual sizes within that group. Click on the "+" icon next to the size group to add sizes.
  4. Enter the name and other relevant information for each size.
  5. Save the size.

You can repeat steps 4 and 6 to add as many sizes as needed within the size group.

Sorting of sizes:

The sorting of sizes determines the order in which the sizes will be displayed when adding sizes in the Styles page or creating an order. You can adjust the sorting of sizes to align with your specific requirements.

Editing or Deleting Sizes:

If a size group or size is no longer needed or requires modification, you can edit or delete them. However, please note that you can only delete unused size groups or sizes.

To edit or delete a size group or size, locate the respective entry in the Sizes page, and use the appropriate edit or delete option. Make sure that the size or size group is not associated with any active styles, orders, or other relevant data before attempting to delete it.

By providing the ability to define and manage size groups and sizes, the Garment IO system allows for precise sizing specifications, enabling accurate production planning and order management based on size requirements.
