The Repairs Report provides a summary of all repaired pieces and those that are still under repair. Users have the option to select a specific date range or production scope to filter the data.
Repairs Report
The report displays the repairs percentage, which is calculated by dividing the number of repaired pieces (including those still under repair) by the total quantity of inspected pieces. This metric offers insights into the overall repair activity and helps evaluate the effectiveness of the repair process.
- The "Pieces in Repair" metric includes both the pieces that have been repaired and those that are still awaiting repair. This count considers all pieces under repair so it shows pieces that have been in the repair phase for multiple days (So, it gets batches outside the date range specified) By clicking on the number, users can access a modal window that provides details about the batches that are still stuck in the repair process, including their sections.
- The "Pieces Under Repair" metric represents the pieces that have been inspected and identified as requiring repair but have not yet finish the repair process.
- The "Repairs Efficiency" metric indicates the percentage of pieces that were successfully repaired in a single repair attempt, without requiring multiple repairs.
- The "Pieces Repaired" metric displays the total number of pieces that have been repaired within the specified date range.
- The "Pieces Not Repaired" metric refers to the pieces that were repaired but, upon inspection, were identified as still requiring further repair. These pieces have been returned for additional repair work.
- The table presents information such as inspection time, number of pieces repaired, inspector name, order number, batch, color, size, and status. However, the table displays inspections conducted within the specified time range. A tick mark in the status column indicates that a piece has been successfully repaired, while the presence of a hammer icon indicates that the batch still requires repair.
- By clicking on the dropdown button next to an inspection, users can access more detailed information about the defects identified during the inspection. This allows for further analysis and targeted improvement efforts.
