Maintenance Report

Maintenance Report

The Maintenance Report provides a comprehensive overview of all maintenance requests that have been addressed by the maintenance team. This report helps track and analyze the maintenance activities within a specified date range and scope. The report consists of a table with the following columns:
  1. Machine Number: The identification number of the machine that required maintenance.
  2. Production Section: The specific section or area in the production facility where the machine is located.
  3. Date: The date on which the maintenance request was submitted.
  4. Machine Type: The type or category of the machine that needed maintenance.
  5. Status: The current status of the maintenance request, indicating whether it was repaired, replaced, or marked as a false alarm.
  6. Downtime Reason: The reason or issue that caused the machine to be non-operational.
  7. Total Time to Resolve Request: The total time taken from the moment the worker requested maintenance until the supervisor took action in the system, such as performing repairs or confirming it as a false alarm.
  8. Net Total Maintenance Time: The duration of maintenance time, excluding any break times or machine changes. For false alarms, the net total maintenance time will be zero.
  9. Costs: The costs associated with the maintenance request, calculated by multiplying the net total maintenance time by the daily rate of the employee per minute.
  10. Time to Inspection: The duration between the worker requesting maintenance and the supervisor scanning their card on the device to begin the inspection process.
  11. Repair Duration: The duration of time taken by the supervisor to resolve the machine issue, starting from the inspection phase.
  12. Worker: The name or identifier of the worker who reported the maintenance issue.
  13. Supervisor: The name or identifier of the maintenance supervisor who handled the maintenance request.
  14. Users have the option to filter the maintenance report based on the desired date range and scope, allowing them to focus on specific time periods or sections of the production facility.

The maintenance report provides valuable insights into the maintenance activities, allowing for analysis of machine downtime, resolution times, costs, and overall maintenance efficiency. It assists in identifying patterns, areas for improvement, and optimizing maintenance processes to minimize production disruptions.
