Overview

We’re excited to introduce Release 25-47, packed with powerful new reporting tools and an important time-unit enhancement for Moroccan factories.
This update brings more transparency to packing performance, deeper financial insights, and improved accuracy in standard operations data.

📦 1. Packing Reports (New)

If the factory has the Packing Module enabled, you will now find a new Packing Reports section under the Production Module.

Inside the Packing Reports page, users can switch between multiple tab

a. Production by Order

Users can:

• Select a PO number

• View:

  • Planned quantity

  • Packed quantity

  • Ready-to-pack quantity

  • Remaining quantity

• Expand the PO to view data grouped by Assortment, showing all quantities per assortment clearly.

b. Production Per Hour

Users can:

• Select a PO number

• Select a specific day

• View the number of pieces packed per hour (only pieces inside closed boxes; open boxes are excluded)

• Expand each hour to view quantities grouped by Assortment

This report helps packing managers track peak performance hours, bottlenecks, and packing trends throughout the day.

💰 2. Costing Report (Finance Module)

A new Costing Report has been added inside the Finance Module → Custom Reports.

Users can filter the report by:

• Date range, or

• Style

The report displays detailed costing and performance metrics, including:

• Client name

• Style name

• Order number

• Number of pieces produced

• Final line(s) used

• Total actual cost per piece

• Total estimated cost per piece

• Number of employees who worked on the order

• Number of processes

• Idle time minutes

• Maintenance time minutes

• Idle cost

• Maintenance cost

• Number of working days for that order

This report provides a full costing breakdown for finance teams and production managers.

⏱️ 3. Support for CMN (Centi-Minutes)

You can now enter and view standard processes time in CMN (Centi-Minutes) — a time unit widely used in Moroccan factories.

In the Style Category page:

• Users can switch to CMN time mode

• Add new standard times directly in CMN

• View historical/previous process times converted to CMN

This enhancement ensures better alignment with the costing and engineering standards used in Morocco and other regions using CMN.
