We’re excited to announce Release 25-46, which introduces several system improvements designed to make your daily operations smoother, faster, and more insightful.
From new analytical reports to smarter packing tools and better production control — this update is built entirely based on your feedback.
You can now group and analyze efficiency data the way you want!
Group by production line or section.
Break down the data further by styles and orders.
This improvement provides more granular visibility into your efficiency performance, helping managers make faster, data-driven decisions.
You can now customize the automated beats threshold for each production line or section individually.
💡 Why is this useful?
When a new section starts, workers may need time to adapt to using the Garment IO device — this feature allows you to set a higher threshold temporarily until they are fully trained.
By default, the system will use the factory threshold (from factory settings), but now users can adjust it per line or section.
👉 To use it:
Go to Edit Lines & Sections, and set the desired threshold for each section.
For factories using the Packing Module, we’ve added two important improvements:
Flexible Assortment Naming:
You can now add assortment prefixes and names using letters, numbers, and special characters (/, -, _), up to 10 characters long.
Packed Pieces on PO Page:
On the Production Order page, you can now see the total Packed Pieces, which include pieces inside boxes with any of these statuses:
Filled
Partially Closed

📘 Note: Only closed boxes are counted as packed.
Introducing the Worker Time Analysis Report — your new tool to understand how workers spend their time.
The report shows:
Number of attending employees
Number of active employees
Total paid minutes
Total idle minutes
Total maintenance minutes
Total unutilized minutes
Filters include:
Line/Section
Date Range
Option to download the report

This new report helps you analyze how long each order takes from start to finish.
The report displays:
Style, Order, and Produced Quantity
First Beat and Last Beat timestamps per line
Breakdown of time spent per stage and duration in days by clicking on the expand button
Users can search by style and line, and the system will return all orders with status Finished or inspected.

When creating Batch Groups, there’s now a new “Separate Remainder” option available when:
Piece Tracking is enabled
Cutting is enabled
All four bundling rules are selected
All batches of a specific (cutting order, color, size) are selected

The system calculates grouping based on size count and typical input quantity.
It ensures that batches from the same layer (marker) are grouped together.
If you have 33 batches of Cutting Order 1, Color White, Size M:
Size count = 3
Typical input = 5
Then:
System creates 9 groups
Each 3 groups correspond to the size count
Within each set: first 2 groups have 5 batches, and the third group has 1 batch
✅ This ensures all grouped batches align with the same marker layer.
A few interface tweaks to make navigation smoother:
When copying or moving standard processes, you can now search for the style category instead of scrolling.
The WIP (Work In Progress) report now opens directly to the section view (not factory view) for faster loading.
Release 25-46 brings you:
