Every production order belongs to a specific customer, and knowing how much business you're doing with each one shouldn't take extra effort. This update puts that data in one organized place.

Tracking customer data and linking it to production orders required unnecessary manual effort, especially as the number of orders per customer grew.

That changes now.

You can now add your customers and manage your relationship with them directly inside the system, with every production order automatically linked to its respective customer.

How It Works

1. Access the Customers Page

From the main menu, go to: Company Settings → Customers.

2. Add a New Customer

• Click the "+" button on the Customers page.
• Enter the name of the customer you want to add.

3. Link Production Orders to the Customer

When creating a new production order, link it directly to the relevant customer. Every order you create for a specific customer is automatically added to their record.

4. Track Each Customer's Order Volume

As production orders accumulate for a given customer, the number shown in the "Production Orders" column next to their name increases, giving you a quick reference for each customer's order volume without manual searching.
