Currently, the system supports having one or more cutting markers for a single production order. To add a marker, follow these steps:
How to add Markers to Production orders:
Ensure that the appropriate permissions are assigned to users for adding markers through the Permissions page.
Go to the Production Orders page (Production Management > Production Orders).
Right-click on the desired production order.
Select "Add Marker".
To add a new marker, click on the "+" button.
Enter the required data for the marker (all colored fields).
The required data includes:
Marker code (must be unique).
Length (enter the length of the marker in meters).
Width (enter the width of the marker in centimeters).
Marker efficiency (enter the efficiency percentage of the marker).
Size ratios (combine all sizes of the production order in the "Number of Pieces/Size Ratios" column. You can show or hide the sizes by clicking the arrow ">").
Ensure that you enter the number of pieces for each size present in the marker. At least one size must be entered.
The total number of pieces in the marker is calculated in the "Number of Pieces" column after entering all marker data.
Type:
Single: Pieces in the marker are whole pieces.
Double: Pieces in the marker are half pieces (two layers need to be cut below the marker to get a complete piece).
Allowance (percentage/length of the allowance between the marker and the layer below it).
Base (if the marker will be used in cutting basic pieces, the system will not consider pieces produced from non-basic cutting orders that use this marker, and these pieces cannot be added to bundles).
Marker images can be added using the image upload icon "🧾" in the Settings column.
The user can modify marker data if it has not been used in cutting orders in the past by double-clicking on the field to be edited.
The user can delete a marker if it has not been used in cutting orders by clicking on the delete icon "🗑️" in the Settings column.
Ensure that the appropriate permissions are assigned to users for deleting markers through the Permissions page.
