Customize System Terminology to Match Your Factory's Language

Customize System Terminology to Match Your Factory's Language

Notes
Every factory describes its operations a little differently. This update makes sure the system speaks your language, not the other way around.

🌐 Factory Settings | Translation Customization

Using generic terminology that didn't match the names your teams actually use created a gap between the system and the floor, and opened the door to confusion.

That changes now.

You can now edit any term in the system to match the exact language and operations used in your factory. To access the page: Sidebar Menu → Settings → Factory Settings → Translation.
Accessing and editing this page requires dedicated permissions.

How It Works

  1. Access the Translation Page: Inside the page, you'll find a full list of all terms used across the system, along with their current translation.
  2. Search for a Specific Term: Use the search bar to jump directly to the term you want to edit, without scrolling through the entire list.
  3. Edit the Translation: Click the translation field and enter the term or phrase that matches the working language used in your factory. (You can customize translations and switch between the four languages supported by the system: Arabic, English, French, and Turkish.)

The result: a system that speaks your terminology, reducing confusion and improving clarity across communication for every user.
