The Quality Inspections Report provides a comprehensive overview of all station inspections, allowing users to select specific sections and date ranges according to their preferences. The report includes the following information:
Quality Level: The quality level is calculated as 100% minus the percentage of defective pieces out of the total inspected pieces. It provides an overall assessment of the quality performance.
Percentage of Default Quality Grade: This indicates the percentage of defective pieces within a particular quality grade out of the total inspected pieces. It helps identify areas of improvement for specific quality grades.
Total Inspected Pieces: This represents the total number of pieces that entered the quality stations for inspection during the selected period.
Number of Pieces that Passed Inspection: This refers to the number of pieces that successfully passed the inspection. It includes both pieces that passed the inspection for the first time and those that have been repaired.
The difference between the Total Inspected Pieces and the Number of Pieces that Passed Inspection represents the number of pieces that are currently in the repair process.
It is important to note that the quantities of batches are not duplicated when calculating the Total Inspected Pieces and Number of Pieces that Passed Inspection, even if they have been inspected at multiple stations. This ensures that each batch is counted only once, regardless of how many stations it has passed through. This helps provide an accurate representation of the total number of unique pieces inspected and the number of pieces that have successfully passed the inspection process.
The report also includes a table that provides detailed information about each inspection, including the following columns:
Inspection Time: The timestamp indicating when the inspection took place.
Station Name: The name of the quality station where the inspection was conducted.
Inspection Status: The status of the inspection, categorized as either "Closed" or "In-Repair." "Closed" indicates that no defects were found, or only defects within quality grades were identified.
"In-Repair" indicates that some pieces are currently being repaired and have not yet passed the station.
Inspector Name: The name of the inspector who conducted the inspection.
Production Order Number: The unique identifier for the production order associated with the inspected batch.
Style: The style or design of the inspected batch.
Batch: The batch number or code.
Color: The color of the inspected pieces.
Size: The size of the inspected pieces.
Quantity: The total quantity of pieces in the batch.
Number of Defected Pieces: The count of pieces identified as defective during the inspection.
If a dropdown button is present next to an inspection, it indicates that additional details, such as specific defects, pieces in repair, or repaired pieces, are available for that inspection. Users can access these details by clicking on the dropdown button.
