The Hourly Throughput Report provides users with detailed information about the hourly throughput for each operation and worker. Users can access this report to analyze productivity on a daily basis. The report is designed to provide insights into the performance of workers and processes within a selected date and section.
Here are the key features and functionalities of the Hourly Throughput Report:
Selection Options:
Date Selection: Users can choose the desired date for which they want to generate the report.
Section Selection: Users can select the specific sections they want to include in the report. The list will only display sections that have produced units during the selected date. If a section is not listed, it means it did not have any production activity.
Working Shift Selection:
Users can choose the working shift(s) for which they want to view the hourly throughput. The dropdown list only shows shifts that had production activity. If a shift is not found in the list, it indicates that no units were produced during that shift.
Format Selection:
Employee/Process: The report can be ordered to display employees first, followed by processes. This format is useful when users want to know the hourly throughput of a specific worker who worked on multiple operations.
Process/Employee: The report can be ordered to display processes first, followed by employees. This format is beneficial when users want to know the hourly throughput regardless of the worker involved.
Style Throughput:
Users can choose whether to include style throughput in the report or not. If enabled, the report will display style, stage, and process/employee or employee/process. Stage information is crucial since a style can have multiple stages within a section, allowing users to know which processes are included in each stage.
Expand All:
Users have the option to expand all the information at once instead of manually expanding each list. This feature provides a comprehensive view of the entire report.
Target Per Hour Calculation:
The report calculates the target per hour for each standard process. The target per hour represents the number of pieces that can be completed in an hour, assuming the worker solely focuses on that standard process. It is calculated by dividing 3600 seconds in an hour by the number of seconds required to complete one item for the standard process.
Each batch scan on the device contributes to the numbers in the report. When a worker scans a batch, the quantities of that batch are added to the corresponding hourly block and standard process in the throughput hourly report.
Navigation to Other Reports:
Users can click on the standard process name in the report to navigate to the Standard Process Throughput Report. This feature allows users to access more detailed information about specific standard processes.
By utilizing the Hourly Throughput Report, users can gain valuable insights into worker performance, process efficiency, and style throughput on a daily basis. This information can aid in identifying areas for improvement, optimizing resource allocation, and making data-driven decisions to enhance productivity in the production process.
