Idle Time Request Actions

Modifying the status of Idle time requests

Now you can change the status of a stop request from accepted to rejected or vice versa, or change the reason for the stop for one or more requests at once on the employee stoppage list page.

You can choose more than one idle time request and choose the binding procedure for it, as shown in the picture



End with acceptance

If the user wants to change any request to an accepted one, all he has to do is select the desired idle time request and notify the termination procedure with the acceptance
Please note that the status of any request may be changed to accepted.


Reject a chosen request

If the user wants to change any request to rejected, all he has to do is select the desired stop requests and choose reject option.
Please note that the status of any request can be changed to rejected.


Add a reason

If the user wants to change the reason for an idle time request, all he has to do is select the desired stopping orders and choose adding a reason.
Please note that if a request is rejected in this procedure, a reason cannot be added. The selected applications must be composed of Open, Finished, and Accepted because a reason cannot be added for rejected students.
