Updating Salaries For Employees

Welcome to the GarmentIO system! This guide will walk you through the steps to update the salaries of the employees on the system. Before you start, ensure that your system administrator or project manager has set up your account and assigned the correct role within the factory.

Step 1: Confirm Your User Account Setup

Confirm with your system administrator or project manager that:
  1. Your user account has been created.
  2. You have been assigned the appropriate role to access necessary pages within GarmentIO.

Step 2: Confirm that you have the updated Salaries excel sheet

  1. Create an excel sheet with the updated salaries of employees
  2. Make sure to add the write the right employee code and their corresponding salary
  3. if the excel sheet is already there, then make sure that it's up to date.

Step 3: Go to Garment IO to update the salaries on it.

  1. Go to Garment IO and login
  2. Then go to Human resource management page
  3. Click on employees page.
  4. You will find a place that has the word "update employees salaries" next to the "+" button.
  5. click on the "update employees salaries", then click on "upload" and upload the new excel sheet with the employees salaries.
  6. if there is no uploaded employee salaries on the system you can click on the "+" button to add a new employee salary sheet, then click on "upload" to upload the employees salaries sheet.
