Production monitoring from your phone is now faster, smarter, and requires less manual searching.

Mobile App Enhancements

Previously, accessing certain information in the mobile application required navigating between multiple pages and manually searching for machine or bundle information.

That's changed.

Six new enhancements make the application faster, more accessible, and give you greater control over your production data—without the need for manual searching.

What's New?

1. Quick Access to User Settings

Tap the Garment IO logo in the top-left corner of the screen to instantly open your personal settings menu, where you can access: Notification settings - Change your passwor - Language preferences and Personal information.

You'll be taken directly to that machine's page, where you can manage it without any manual searching.

4. Operations Page: Monitor Multiple Departments at Once

The Operations page now allows you to select multiple production departments simultaneously.

After selecting the departments, choose the production orders or models you want to monitor and tap Apply.

The application displays all selected departments, allowing you to expand each one individually to view: Production orders - Operations - Assigned workers - Hourly production details. You can also assign machines to operations directly from the application.

Quick Access: From the Performance Dashboard, tapping any production order automatically opens its Operations page across all departments you have access to.

5. Machines Page: Complete Machine Visibility

If you have the required permissions, you'll also see all workstations and can manage them directly from the application.

From the Employees page, tap the machine number shown in any employee's details to open that machine immediately—no manual searching required.

6. Rotten Bundles: More Precise Bundle Management

Previously, Rotten bundles were displayed only as total quantities grouped by size or color.

Now, each old bundle is listed individually, allowing you to: View its bundle number - Identify the operation where it stopped and you can now group by last process done, size and color and Manage and complete it more quickly and accurately.

When you click the three-dot menu next to a bundle, its details are displayed, allowing you to view the bundle number and all its information in detail.
