Understanding Employee Application

 Welcome to the employee application user guide, your guide to achieving maximum productivity and efficiency in your factory. This application is going to help you monitor your own performance in the factory, and know the areas where you need to improve your performance to achieve a better and a higher performance.

How to log into the application

First you will have to download the application on your android phone using the google play store. All you have to do is search for "Garment IO" and click on "install" this will automatically download and install the application on your phone. then you're going to follow the following steps:
  1. First, make sure that your administrator or your supervisor has added your phone number to your employee details
  2. Then use your phone number to log into the application 

  1. Then after pressing on the "Continue" button it will redirect you to the next step which is the OTP Screen, and it will send you an SMS with the OTP code that you will be using in the OTP Screen
  2. Open the SMS application on your phone
  3. Take the OTP code and enter it in the OPT screen and then click on "Continue"

How to use the application:

after you enter the OTP code in the OTP screen you will be successfully logged into your profile and you can check the side menu for the options you want to check, those options include the following:
  1. Dashboard
  2. Profile Page
  3. Settings
  4. Garment IO
  5. Sign out

Dashboard:

In the dashboard page, you will be able to track your performance in different times like:
  1. You can track your performance today as you continue working to check if your efficiency is improving or not
  2. You can check you performance yesterday, to check your overall performance and how well you did
  3. You can check your performance in the past week, to check if there is any improvements in your performance
  4. And finally, you can check your performance by the end of the month to check your overall performance. 
This page shows you more data than just your performance and your efficiency, it shows you many other data including the following:
  1. Section Rank: This card shows you your rank in your section
  2. Factory Rank: This card shows you your rank in the factory
  3. Efficiency: This shows you your overall efficiency 
  4. Produced pieces over target: This card  shows you the number of pieces you produced against your assigned target 
  5. Stations quality: This card shows you the quality of the station
  6. Total wasted time: This card shows you the total wasted time you have
  7. Manual or automatic beats: This card shows you the number of manual or automated beats done for you.
  8. Inline quality: This card shows you the percentage of the inline quality

Profile Page:

This page shows you your employee details, like:
  1. Employee Name
  2. Employee Code
  3. Birthdate
  4. Hire Date
  5. Fingerprint ID
  6. Skill Level
  7. Main Production section
  8. Device Language
  9. User Role
  10. Phone Number


Garment IO Details:

This page shows you a summary about Garment IO with information about what is Garment IO. This guide will help you understand more about our company.

Settings Page

This page makes you control the language of the application. You can simply choose the language that suits you best from English and Arabic.
