Operational data is now easier to access and read, helping you monitor performance and make faster, more confident decisions. The dashboard has been completely rebuilt around flexible, customizable widgets. Each widget automatically displays key operational data based on the selected factory, line, or section — with color-coded indicators showing trends instantly and one-click navigation to any detailed report.
Production and Performance Monitoring
Pieces Produced: displays total production versus the planned quantity through a clear progress bar. The target is calculated based on order planning data or AI targets. Clicking the title opens the Throughput Report directly with the same time range and scope.
Efficiency Widget: shows workforce efficiency, operational efficiency, and production efficiency. Clicking any of the three efficiency names opens its linked report directly.
Worker Time Analysis: displays the average time in minutes spent on production, stoppages, and maintenance. Hovering over the bars shows average values per category.
Quality and Efficiency Monitoring
Inline Production Quality: displays the defect rate through a color-coded pie chart. Clicking the title opens the Inline Inspection Report with the same time range and scope.
Pieces That Passed Final Inspection: compares inspected pieces against total production to ensure all pieces have been inspected by end of day.
Station Quality Summary: monitors the second-quality piece rate, repair rate, and Right First Time (RFT) production rate. Clicking any indicator opens its linked report.
Maintenance Requests: displays maintenance request status across open, under review, approved, and rejected categories. Clicking the title opens the Maintenance Requests Report with the same period and scope.
Downtime Analysis: shows open, completed, and rejected stop requests with a pie chart breakdown. Clicking the title opens the Employee Downtime Report.
Workforce and Employee Performance Monitoring
Manpower Analysis: displays worker counts across five categories: active, stopped, stopped for maintenance, unutilized, and absent. Clicking any category opens the Employee Efficiency Report with the same period and scope.
Weekly Manpower Trend Chart: instead of seeing total workforce for a single day only, you can now track how it changes day by day across a full week.
Beats Analysis: shows how production operations were registered and whether any connectivity issues occurred during logging. Clicking the title opens today's registered operation details with the option to change the date for previous days.
