The New Main Dashboard

The New Main Dashboard

NotesOperational data is now easier to access and read, helping you monitor performance and make faster, more confident decisions.

The New Main Dashboard | Instant Analysis With Flexible Interactive Widgets

The old dashboard displayed data in a fixed format, making it harder than necessary to read performance and analyze it at a glance.

That changes now.

The dashboard has been completely rebuilt around flexible, customizable widgets. Each widget automatically displays key operational data based on the selected factory, line, or section — with color-coded indicators showing trends instantly and one-click navigation to any detailed report.

Dashboard Widgets

Production and Performance Monitoring

Pieces Produced: displays total production versus the planned quantity through a clear progress bar. The target is calculated based on order planning data or AI targets. Clicking the title opens the Throughput Report directly with the same time range and scope.

Efficiency Widget: shows workforce efficiency, operational efficiency, and production efficiency. Clicking any of the three efficiency names opens its linked report directly.

Worker Time Analysis: displays the average time in minutes spent on production, stoppages, and maintenance. Hovering over the bars shows average values per category.

Manpower

Weekly Manpower Trend Chart: instead of seeing total workforce for a single day only, you can now track how it changes day by day across a full week.

  • Select a time range of two to seven days and the widget automatically switches to a bar chart.
  • Each bar represents a day divided into three segments: active workers, unutilized workers, and absent workers, with the total shown above each bar.
  • Selecting a single day keeps the widget as a standard summary. Maximum selection is seven days.
