The performance card for each line/section holds a wealth of information:
- Active Employees: Displays employees who have worked on any stage within the chosen line or section. Clicking on it takes you to the efficiency page for these employees for that day and that scope.
- Unutilized Employees: Displays employees who are present but have not performed any tasks yet. Clicking on it takes you to the idle times page, showing the unutilized employees within the scope.
Absent Employees: Displays employees who are absent.
- Clicking on it will soon provide a list of these employees' names.
Target: Displays the number of pieces that should be completed in this section today, calculated by the system based on planning details such as start date, end date, and the sections assigned to each stage.
- Clicking on it will soon provide the target breakdown for each production order within that line or section.
- Produced Pieces: Displays the pieces that have been fully produced and have completed all mandatory stages within the line or section.
- Labor Efficiency: This metric provides insight into how effectively your active workforce is being utilized. It is calculated as the ratio of the time spent producing output to the net time employees spend, and the net time excludes maintenance, idle, or unutilized time, since these periods are not under the direct control of the workforce. High labor efficiency indicates that your employees are spending a larger share of their time contributing to actual output.
- Operational Efficiency: Operational Efficiency takes into account every aspect of the stage, including idle time, maintenance, and unutilized time, giving a more complete picture of your overall stage efficiency. It reflects how well the entire stage is running, factoring in everything involved. A high Operational Efficiency score indicates that your stages are well organized and well managed, with minimal downtime.
- Throughput Efficiency: This metric measures how efficiently a piece is completed across all the stages within the line or section's scope. It reflects how effectively the line or section processes a piece and carries it through from start to finish. If a section is mainly focused on intermediate stages rather than final operations, its Throughput Efficiency will be low, because it isn't completing the final station and therefore produces low output within that scope. High Throughput Efficiency indicates a smooth, effective stage flow, where pieces are fully completed within the scope.
- Styles: Displays the styles currently in the scope, helping users understand the different styles currently being produced within their selected scope.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
What's the difference between Labor Efficiency and Operational Efficiency?
Labor Efficiency measures how effectively employees' net time is used, while Operational Efficiency accounts for every aspect of the stage, including idle time, maintenance, and unutilized time, giving a fuller picture of how the whole stage is performing.
Why could Throughput Efficiency be low even when Labor or Operational Efficiency is high?
Throughput Efficiency measures how completely a piece moves through every stage of the line or section, from start to finish. If effort is concentrated on intermediate stages without completing the final station, this metric drops even if other efficiency scores look strong.
Who can access the Lines Production Performance Report?
Access is controlled by user permissions, so only users who have been granted the appropriate permission can view this report, keeping sensitive data secure.
How is the daily target shown on the performance card calculated?
The system calculates it automatically based on planning details, such as production order start and end dates and the sections assigned to each stage.
Can I print performance cards now?
Yes, you can now print the page directly by clicking the print icon at the top of the page, to get a clear, easy-to-read copy of the real-time performance data.
