Login Steps

1. Confirm Your Account Is Set Up

Verify with the system admin or project manager that your account has been created and that the appropriate role has been assigned to give you access to the required pages inside Garment IO.

2. Open the Login Page

Open a web browser. Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience, but any other browser works fine — from a computer, tablet, or phone. Type your factory's URL in the address bar, in the format: https://factoryslug.gamentio.com

3. Enter Your Login Credentials

Enter the email address and password provided by your system admin or project manager, then click "Login." If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken directly into the system.

4. Change Your Password (Optional but Recommended)

For security reasons, it's recommended to change your password after your first login. Click your name in the bottom left corner of the page, select "Change Password," and follow the requirements to set a new one.

5. Save Your Login Details in Chrome (Optional)

After logging in, Chrome may offer to save your password to auto-fill your login details in future sessions. You can manage saved passwords from: Chrome Settings → Passwords.
