The Employee Downtime Report allows you to track all downtime periods for each employee, including the downtime reason and duration. This helps you analyze performance, identify the causes of productivity loss, and take the appropriate actions to improve operational efficiency.
Employee Idle Times Report | Manage Stop Requests and Add Manual Downtime in One Place
You can now select more than one stop request at once from the employee stop list page and apply a single action to all of them: accept, reject, or change the reason.
Available Actions
Bulk Acceptance
Select the requests you want to accept and choose the "End with Acceptance" action. Any request can be changed to accepted regardless of its current status.
Bulk Rejection
Select the requests you want to reject and choose the "Reject" option. Any request can be changed to rejected regardless of its current status.
Adding or Changing the Reason
Select the requests you want to update and choose "Add Reason." This action applies to open, completed, and accepted requests only. Rejected requests cannot have a reason added through this action, so all selected requests must be non-rejected for the action to execute.

Adding Manual Downtime
You don't always need to wait for the worker to submit a request. From the same page you can add a downtime entry manually.
Click the "Add Stop" button and fill in the following:
- Worker name.
- Stop start and end time. If the stoppage is still ongoing, tap the "Ongoing" marker instead of entering an end time.
- The production section where the worker is assigned.
- Reason for the stop.
