Assign Employees On Machines

Welcome to the GarmentIO system! This guide will walk you through the steps on how to assign an employee to a machine on the system. Before you start, ensure that your system administrator or project manager has set up your account and assigned the correct role within the factory.

Confirm Your User Account Setup

Confirm with your system administrator or project manager that:
  1. Your user account has been created.
  2. You have been assigned the appropriate role to access necessary pages within GarmentIO.

How to assign an employee to a machine

  1. First go to Garment IO
  2. Then go to Supervision
  3. Choose "Machines"
  4. Choose the Section that has the machine you want to assign an employee to.
  5. Then if you know the Machine number and/or name you can type it in the search bar to find the machine you wish to assign an employee to. If not, you can simply scroll down and up the page looking for the machine you want to assign an employee to.
  6. After you find the machine that you want to assign an employee to, click on the it to assign an employee to it. 
  7. By clicking on it, it will open to you an editing window where you can assign an employee, style, process to that machine.
  8. If you want to assign an employee to that machine, click on "Select an employee"
  9. Then choose the employee you wish to be working on this machine
  10. After you are done, click on the "x" button to close the machine editing page
